As of 1st September 2025, over 754,000 patients are waiting to be seen in Gynaecology – an increase of more than 10,000 since June. Gynaecology now ranks among the highest waiting lists in the NHS, alongside Trauma & Orthopaedics, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
