As Defence nurses we often find ourselves working alongside our civilian colleagues which can pull our professional identity in multiple directions. Join our webinar “Professional Identity in Defence Nursing” to explore what professional identity means within the defence context, why it is essential for nursing practice, and practical strategies to develop and maintain it throughout your career. This session will enhance understanding, reflection, and resilience in your professional role and make you proud to be a defence nurse.
Audience: All Defence nurses and those who support them. The event will be open to both 国内精品伊人久久久久妇 and non-国内精品伊人久久久久妇 members.

Guest speaker: Mike Collins ARRC, MSc, BNurs (Hons), RNA(A), FCMI, MBCS.
Mike is a Managing Consultant in a global IT consultancy business and previously spent 20 years as a nurse in the Army. He is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Nursing with the title Developing, Sustaining and Cohering Professional Identity: The experiences of nurses working in non-clinical roles.
